Meeting Scribe, a board drawn as you talk.
Invite Meeting Scribe to a video call and it draws the meeting on a whiteboard while people talk: the topics, the decisions and the actions. It transcribes only, and stores no recording.

During the meeting
- The bot joins under your organisation's name with “Scribe”, and posts a note in the meeting chat saying what it does and that the host can remove it at any time.
- The live panel shows its status, what it is doing, and the transcript.
- Pause stops the drawing while the transcript carries on; Resume picks up again; Stop ends it.
- A meeting ends after 180 minutes at most, paused or not.
When the meeting ends, the board is finished and ready to share, edit or present.
Privacy
Meeting Scribe transcribes only. No recording is stored, and only the transcript is used to draw the board. It joins under a clear name, says so in the meeting chat, and leaves when the host removes it.
Cost and plans
Meeting Scribe uses credits for each five minutes of a meeting, and the invite shows the cost before the bot joins. Paid plans can run more than one meeting at a time; Enterprise runs the most. A board can also be made later from a meeting transcript, through the design bot, at the same rate. See Credits.
From your AI tools
Connected AI tools can start Meeting Scribe on a board, check how it is going, and stop it. Like the app, they see the cost first and start it only when you confirm.
