Forms that fill your tables.
A form is a view of a database table: a page of questions where each answer becomes a new row. Build it from the table's fields, decide who can answer, and share a link that wears your organisation's brand.

Questions
Questions follow their field: short and long answers, numbers, amounts of money, percentages, ratings, one choice or several, a tick box, dates and times, lengths of time, email addresses, phone numbers, web addresses, files, a person, a team, or a linked row. A form holds up to 100 questions in up to 20 parts.
- Help under the question explains what you are asking for.
- Must be answered makes it required.
- Can be filled in from the link lets you send a link that already holds an answer, such as the company name.
- Show when shows a question only when earlier answers match all, or any, of the conditions you set.
Form settings
- After sending: the heading and message people see once they send (by default “Thank you” and “Your answer has been sent.”), whether they can send another answer, and an optional button to another page.
- Text on the Send button.
- Tell me about new answers: a notification, at most once an hour.
- Added to every answer: fields the form fills in for you on every new row, such as a source or a campaign.
- Brand: one of your organisation's brand kits, which puts its logo and colours on the form's cover, or the Stable Baseline look.
Who can answer
| Choice | Who it lets in |
|---|---|
| Nobody | The form is closed to everyone |
| People who can open this database | Only people who already have access |
| Anyone in the organisation | Every member, signed in |
| People at chosen email domains | Anyone who proves an address at one of your domains |
| Chosen email addresses | Only the addresses you list |
| Anyone with the link | Everyone, after a quick human check |
People outside your organisation prove their email address with a six-digit code sent to it. You can also let people add files (off until you turn it on), close the form at a set time, and stop it after a number of answers. Make a new link retires the old one. Only people who manage the table can share a form outside the organisation.
Each answer is a row
What people see
The person answering sees your brand, the title and one part at a time, with Send at the end. Then the message you chose, and a way to send another answer if you allowed it. Members of your organisation can open the row their answer made. A closed form says so.
Limits
How many forms can take answers from outside your organisation, and how many outside answers they take each day, depend on your plan; so does the size of files people can send. See pricing. When a form reaches a limit it stops taking answers and you are told; nothing already sent is lost.
